Return & Refund Policy – Charmdeals

At Charmdeals, we want you to enjoy a seamless and confident shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, with its original tags and packaging.
We do not accept returns on sale items, intimate apparel, or personalized products.

How to request a return:

Contact us via email at hello@charmdeals.shop and include your order number.
Our team will reply with detailed return instructions.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors made by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
The refunded amount does not include the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

Received a defective or incorrect product? We sincerely apologize!
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
